Mary Alesandrini

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, IIDA ALLIED, ASID ALLIED

Mary’s background is rich and diverse. Her initial business degree from the University of Connecticut led to over a decade of experience in project management and software analytics in healthcare and HR solutions industries. Mary switched gears later in life, heading back to college for an Interior Architecture degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Upon graduation, she held interior designer positions in both commercial and residential design companies. Her wealth of knowledge now serves her well in the position of Sprinkman Design’s Director of Operations, where she manages employees and oversees project progress, drives process improvements and oversees financials for greater operational efficiencies, builds and maintains the company’s software products, and teaches staff to love Excel spreadsheets. She is also the first touch point for potential clients, holding all Introductory Calls.

Mary’s design superpower is her love of color and florals, and enjoys nothing more than inspiring others to embrace non-neutrals. She and her husband also love to travel, immersing themselves in different cultures as often as possible. When Mary has the opportunities to don her design hat, these things no doubt influence her joyful, transitional interiors.

Brooke Gabrielse

DESIGNER, IIDA ALLIED, ASID ALLIED

Brooke’s developed a strong foundation in both design thinking and client-centered problem solving through her Bachelor of Science degree and certificate in Design Strategy in Interior Architecture from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. As a Designer at Sprinkman Design Collective, Brooke leads clients through every phase of the design process from initial concepts and space planning to construction coordination and final installation. She is known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and ability to translate each client’s vision into spaces that are both beautiful and tailored to the people who live in them.

Within her first year after graduation, Brooke was awarded first place in IIDA’s Celebrate in Design Awards for a private home renovation, recognizing her client-centered approach to residential design. Her favorite part of the design process is building meaningful relationships with her clients, taking the time to truly understand who they are, what they love, and how they live. She believes the most successful homes are those that feel deeply personal, where beauty is balanced with the unique routines, memories, and interests that make a house feel like home.

Beginning early in her career with our firm, Brooke served as Procurement Manager, where she developed and refined many of the systems that support our purchasing and project execution. That experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of product sourcing, budgeting, logistics, and installation coordination, allowing her to create designs that are not only inspiring but also thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed.

Rachel Vosters

JUNIOR DESIGNER, IIDA ALLIED, ASID ALLIED

Creating has brought Rachel joy and purpose from a young age. She knew she wanted a future that would allow her to turn her creative visions into tangible and forward-thinking design solutions. Those desires naturally led her to pursue a degree in Interior Architecture at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she could immerse herself in the progress and meaning behind each design decision.

To Rachel, interior designers are both artists and translators, cultivating ideas, needs, and emotions into spaces that are both functional and personal, while maintaining a visual level of sophistication. She is inspired by the collaborative process and the opportunity to create spaces that leave a lasting and meaningful impact on those who inhabit them.

Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys the company of loved ones and the simple luxuries of life such as camping in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, gathering around the kitchen table for board games, watching the Packers secure a win, and taking long walks while appreciating the beauty and blessings found in everyday moments.

Bellini Alesandrini

FORMER INTERIOR DESIGN SUPPORT ANIMAL

Bellini was Mary’s rescue American Pit Bull pup before passing in July of 2026. She had over a decade of putting furniture, rugs, and throw pillows through extensive testing. She was a firm believer that all dogs should have the ability to lounge comfortably alongside their humans in stylish digs.

While Bellini was well-versed in design, her main role at Sprinkman Design was being the team’s emotional support animal. Each morning that she came to the office, she ensured that she greeted each co-worker with tail wags and french kisses. She also protected the building by warning everyone against potential intruder doggos who walk by on the street looking suspicious.

While she’s no longer here with us, her memory lives on in all we do. Each of our staff is obsessed with our clients’ furbabies, and they are always considered during our design process. Whether it be through selections of durable performance fabric or flooring, ensuring a framed photo of beloved animals are featured in our decor, or leaving a spot for the favorite dog or cat bed in the sunshine during the space planning process – we adore your pets right along with you.
