Sprinkman Real Estate + Design Office
While Sprinkman Design Collective focuses mainly on residential design, we also dabble in the commercial side when it’s the right fit. Our most-loved commercial project is arguably Sprinkman Real Estate + Design’s very own 6200 sq ft office. Winning InBusiness’ Best New Office Development in 2022, this space seamlessly blends innovation, comfort, and aesthetic appeal to create a dynamic work environment.
Biophilic Design
At the heart of this project’s design approach was the incorporation of biophilic design principles, seamlessly merging the indoors with the outside world. With abundant natural light, a profusion of greenery, and of wood features throughout, our design not only enhances visual appeal but also promotes a sense of well-being.
Kitchen
Striking Skara Brae quartz with gorgeous veining and movement runs from the countertop up the backsplash, while the contrasting honed black granite on the island grounds the space. Cabinetry features flat black modern uppers balanced by classic light wood lowers. This space is seen right off of our entrance – so it is a natural place to welcome visitors and gather together over morning coffee.
Work Spaces
Tailored to meet the unique needs of Sprinkman Real Estate + Design, this office demonstrates the importance of a smart layout. Incorporating ergonomic furniture, task lighting, and lounge areas, we created an environment that promotes both focus and collaboration.
