Lakeview Lodge
The Sprinkman Design team was brought into the Colladay build to assist with finish selections, layout planning, and sourcing of furniture and fixtures for an addition on the back of their home. Our clients’ aim was to maximize their space and views of Lake Kegonsa, which gave us a beautiful backdrop for the sophisticated interior that balances the natural elements with modern selections.

Breakfast Nook
The breakfast nook is perhaps our favorite part of this design. Many layout options were proposed, but we were thrilled when they chose the floor plan that tucked the breakfast nook into a corner that seemed to us to exist just for this purpose! The three drop pendant above the marble-look table draws your eye to the space, while the fabric banquette invites you to come sit for a while and enjoy the view.
Main Seating Area
The main seating area is a fantastic place to converse. The sofa has a great look and feel with a curved, skinny arm that is both contemporary and transitional. Two chairs made of leather and wood are the standouts – both comfortable and unique in their construction and design. Throw pillows, a stunning rug, and the rustic oversized coffee table pulls everything together to be one cohesive space in front of the feature fireplace.

Kitchen
The rich blue painted island, the long horizontal tiles, the clean cabinets with traditional pulls, and the warm countertops – the kitchen is a thing of beauty. We found the perfect stools to tie the kitchen together with the rest of the space, bringing forth the cozy, inviting look that the rest of the home exudes.
