Artful Abode
This sweet family all had the brightest personalities, but their new home’s starkly bare rooms did not reflect that. They brought us in first to outfit their patio, then to help with fun finishes, fixtures, and furniture for their first floor. The result is a beautiful home that is now both fun and sophisticated (yes, you can be and have both!). The furniture was delivered and set up while our client delivered her baby, so the family got to come home to a completely transformed space. What a joy this project was for everyone involved from start to finish, especially when we got to hold their newborn!

Conversation Space
We created a lovely conversation space that greets guests through the front door. The luxurious velvet swivel chairs surround a stunning coffee table with a rounded black base and pink marbled top. One of our local woodworkers helped us to design and create a fireplace surround and mantle which gave the fireplace depth and purpose.
Dining Room
A great design feature that really helped to anchor the space was the decision to paint the center wall that divided the conversation space from the dining room. The clean dining table will stand the test of time, and we just loved the touches of gold at the bottom to bring in a little something glam and connect to the chandelier. Now let’s all have a moment for that lighting fixture, shall we? We just can’t get enough. What a beautiful cherry on top of this room.

Kitchen
There wasn’t much to do in this perfectly beautiful space, but we did help to source lovely, delicate pendants, and created completely custom curved stools. With a separate fabric in front and a great patterned fabric in back, the whole look comes together to give some pizzazz to the kitchen.
Living Room
Our clients already had a sectional they wished to keep, so we brought everything together through the rug, sideboard, sofa table, and the glorious side chairs. These deep and comfortable chairs sit on brass casters, and feature a soft, velvety-like textured ruby fabric.

Living Room Storage
We teamed up with one of our favorite design build companies to create storage for our client in their living room. It quickly became our favorite focal point in the home. The backsplash pattern features a curved, natural marble tile, with black honed countertops, brass hardware, and blue cabinetry. This build out also served the purpose of hiding an unsightly wall unit, with brass mesh in front to still allow the required air flow. Functionality and design coming together – one of our favorite things!
