Mary Alesandrini
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, IIDA ALLIED, ASID ALLIED
Mary’s background is rich and diverse. Her initial business degree from the University of Connecticut led to over a decade of experience in project management and software analytics in healthcare and HR solutions industries. Mary switched gears later in life, heading back to college for an Interior Architecture degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Upon graduation, she held interior designer positions in both commercial and residential design companies. Her wealth of knowledge now serves her well in the position of Sprinkman Design’s VP of Operations, where she drives process improvements for greater operational efficiencies, maintains company financials, and teaches the staff to love Excel spreadsheets.
Mary’s design superpower is her love of color and florals, and enjoys nothing more than inspiring others to embrace non-neutrals. She and her husband also love to travel, immersing themselves in different cultures as often as possible. When Mary has the opportunities to don her design hat, these things no doubt influence her joyful, transitional interiors.

Brooke Gabrielse
DESIGNER + PROCUREMENT MANAGER, IIDA ALLIED, ASID ALLIED
Brooke’s journey into design began with childhood sketches of dream homes, a passion that grew alongside her architect sister and led her to earn a degree in Interior Architecture with a certificate in Design Strategy from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. While her experiences and education provided a strong foundation, it’s her ability to connect deeply with clients and understand their unique needs that truly defines her approach.
Within her first year post-graduation, Brooke earned a first place in IIDA’s yearly Celebrate in Design awards for a private home renovation—a project that highlighted her dedication to creating spaces that balance beauty, function, and personal meaning. She believes that great design comes from collaboration, and she prioritizes building strong, trusting relationships to ensure each project reflects the client’s goals, values, and lifestyle.
Brooke also serves as the company’s Procurement Manager. Her work has streamlined operations and enhanced project delivery, allowing her to bridge creativity and logistics for seamless results from concept to completion.
As the firm’s Internship Supervisor, Brooke mentors emerging designers as they explore their own paths in the industry—sharing insights, encouraging growth, and supporting the next generation of talent.

Bellini Alesandrini
INTERIOR DESIGN SUPPORT ANIMAL
Bellini is Mary’s rescue American Pit Bull pup. She has over nine years of putting furniture, rugs, and throw pillows through extensive testing. She is a firm believer that all dogs should have the ability to lounge comfortably alongside their humans in stylish digs.
While Bellini is well-versed in design, her main role at Sprinkman Design is being the team’s emotional support animal. Each morning that she comes to the office, she ensures that she greets each co-worker with tail wags and french kisses. She also protects the building by warning everyone against potential intruder doggos who walk by on the street looking suspicious.
Like many interior designers, Bellini is also into fashion. While she appreciates many looks, she is drawn mostly to wearing pinks and florals as they best compliment her skin tone and make her feel the prettiest.
When Bellini isn’t working or napping, she sniffs out scents at her weekly Nose Work class, assumes the position as mom and dad’s shadow, assists with her home’s landscaping, and takes care of her two cats. She is also a part time, self-proclaimed foodie, and a professional influencer on Instagram, with over 30k followers: @TeenyBelliniThePrettyPittie
